Customer Service Executive

China Ping An Insurance (HK) Co., Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails and written correspondence; processing and follow-up on customer’s enquiries
  • Develop and manage customers loyalty by providing quality service
  • Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties; ensure all cases are recorded in system
  • Provide professional customer service and accurate information to customers

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Finance/Insurance, or any related disciplines
  • With customer service experience in banking or insurance industry is highly preferred
  • Preferably have license in IIQE 1 & 2
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, enthusiastic, results and customer oriented
  • Strong problem solving skill and able to manage multi-tasks
  • Can work independently under pressure
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred

Working Location: Kwun Tong
 

We offer competitive remuneration package and 5 days week. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualification and working experience.
