Customer Service Executive


l   Communicate with customers of Luxury goods and famous brand products to provide professional customer service and relationship building

l   Provide sales support and after-sales service to customers

l   Follow up orders, quotation, invoices, receipt, and dispatch of goods, and quality control

l   Keep records of interactions and transactions of customers; details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments

l   Network with the technical team and various departments that are involved in customer support, orders, and processing to e nsure product quality meets customers standard

l   A ssist to complete daily and monthly operation, documentation and report

l   Answer phone calls during office hour and indicated time after office hours , in a more professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the customers

l   Render administrative support to Management when the need arises, or as instructed
