Customer Service Executive
ABOUT THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Customer service and documentation
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth operation
- Handle enquires and build up good relationship with clients
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or above in Logistics or supply chain.
- 2 to 3 years working experience in shipping and logistics (3PL) industry
- Good communication (Good in English and Mandarin)
- Proficiency on PC with good reporting skill
- Willing to learn and able to work under pressure, and independent
