Customer Service Executive(Business Customer Hotline– Mobile Service “ Evening Shift”)– Join-in Bonus HK$8,000

We are looking for a customer oriented service executive to act as liaison, provide mobile product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

The Job:

  • Effectively manage amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to all inquiries
  • Handle business mobile & corporate solution customers mobile billing enquiries and disputes
  • Handle general change of services enquiries
  • Handle mobile related value-added-service enquiries
  • Handle Smartphone, Blackberry customer general enquiry and technical trouble shooting
  • Generate sales lead, cross-sell and up-sell mobile products to business customers, meet personal/team sales targets
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Willing to perform shift duties
    • Operating Windows : 15:00 – 22:00 / 17:00 – 00:00 (including Sat/Sun/Public Holiday, night shift allowance is applied)
  • Working Location: Kowloon Bay

The Person:

  • Form 5 graduate or above with at least 1 year’s relevant working experience
  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English & Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal and selling skills with good telephone manner
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Customer Service Representative
