Customer Service Executive/Specialist - Inbound team, Customer Engagement (Middle Shift)

The Job:

  • Handle telephone enquiries including complaints, regarding life and general insurance for customers and agents
  • Retain and enhance customer relationship
  • Communicate with customers through digital channel
  • Shift duty is required, from Monday to Sunday (5 days per week, no overnight is needed)

  • Other ad hoc duties

The Person:

  • Matriculated or above qualification

  • At least 2 years experience in Customer Service role
  • Customer oriented mindset with a passion to provide excellent service

  • PC literate in MS Office especially MS excel and Chinese input

  • Good communication and listening skills

  • Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese and English

  • Good command of Mandarin is a definite advantage

  • Passed Paper I, II, III & V of IIQE and LOMA qualification are well regarded

Remark: Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Executive
