Description

  • Answer customers' enquiries and handle customers' complaints in a timely manner
  • Be familiar with products and services of the company and promote to customers
  • Build relationship with potential and existing customers
  • Follow up with customer feedbacks for service improvement
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management team




Profile

  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Outlook
  • Experience in call centre environment is an advantage
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered for junior post
