They are now expanding their business in Hong Kong and aim at recruiting the best talents to join their CS team.
Handle incoming calls or email enquires from their clients and resolve them by providing suitable solutions and suggestions
Handle ad hoc requests from the clients
Provide the best customer services to the clients in order to satisfy their needs and retain their loyalty
Follow up with the clients' feedbacks for service improvements
Relevant working experience in Financial Printing industry is preferable
Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Good interpersonal and listening skills
Able to work on shift
