Our client is a reputable luxury Swiss watch manufacturer with multiple businesses across the globe, servicing national accounts, chain stores, luxury jewellers, online retailers and wholesalers.
Handle incoming calls or email enquires from Korean customers
Handle ad hoc duties as required
Provide the best customer services to the customers in order to satisfy their needs and retain their loyalty
Follow up with the customers' feedbacks for service improvements
Relevant working experience in customer service industry is preferable
Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Conversational Korean, TOPIK level 5 or up
Good interpersonal and listening skills
