Description

  • Handle incoming calls or email enquires from Korean customers
  • Handle ad hoc duties as required
  • Provide the best customer services to the customers in order to satisfy their needs and retain their loyalty
  • Follow up with the customers' feedbacks for service improvements


Profile
  • Relevant working experience in customer service industry is preferable
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Conversational Korean, TOPIK level 5 or up
  • Good interpersonal and listening skills
