With their continued expansion, they are looking for a motivated customer service talent to join their overnight shift team.

Description

  • Handle all incoming call inquiries, complaints and ad hoc requests from customers, this includes processing of booking, amendment and cancellation received via telephone and email.
  • Escalate unsolved issue and feedback customer's comments to supervisor for service improvement.
  • Other duties, tasks and projects as assigned.


Profile
  • Minimum Diploma qualification.
  • Customer service oriented with strong and positive interpersonal skills.
  • Good and outgoing working attitude and a good team player.
  • Must be willing to work on shifts.
  • Good command in English and Cantonese
