A leading international property developer is now seeking for a Customer Service & Leasing Officer to assist with their daily customer services duties to their international and overseas tenants and customers. The chosen candidate will be required to work 5 days (Mon-Fri) from 9 am to 6 pm. An attractive salary package will be provided to the chosen candidate.
Our client is a reputable international property management and development company is now seeking for a customer service candidate with previous international exposure to join their team.
Manage daily enquiries via phone, email, social media and face-to-face
Maintain and update CRM to ensure accurate data in system
Handle customer complaints and resolve them in a timely manner
Conduct customer satisfaction survey and compile reports
Assist with marketing and promotion activities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
Relevant experience in hospitality or real estate industry will be a definite advantage
