As the leading leader in the industry, to cope with expansion, they are looking for an experienced Customer Service & Logistics Manager to joining their growing team in HK.


As a Customer Service & Logistics Manager, you will:

  • Monitor freight forwarders¡¯ performances & manage their KPIs

  • Ensure client orders are fulfilled accurately

  • Maintain healthy inventory level
  • Responsible for customer enquiries & complaints

  • Offer logistics solutions to both corporate & high net worth clients

  • Respond to clients with delivery status proactively

  • Demonstrate high skills in Excel


  • At least 5 years of hands-on experiences in logistics & customer service management

  • Business command in English & Chinese

  • Leadership experience would be a bonus

  • Experienced candidates would be considered as Manager

  • Strong Excel

  • Flexible mind-set, independent
