Our client is a top-tier listed PRC firm with SFC type 1,2,4,5,6,9 license, looking for a Customer Service Manager/ Customer Service to join their fast expanding team.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer services hotlines, inquiries and complaints
  • Handle client account opening, KYC and related documentation
  • Execute orders from the clients
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with clients
  • Handle daily administrative & operational works for the department
  • Handle ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in related position, preferably in banking and finance sector, candidate with less experience will be considered as the Client Service Assistant
  • Mature, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and detail-oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • Sound PC knowledge, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing.
