Customer Service Manager / Customer Service Supervisor

  • Supervise a team of 5-8 Customer Service Officers (CSO) to provide customer service hotline and back office•Coach and provide guidance to CSO in order to drive the overall performance to assure the delivery of excellent customer services to client via telephony
  • Maintain daily operations and provide quality policy & achieving the KPI
  • Identify & recommend enhancement opportunities for management consideration.
  • Prepare statistical report and performance summaries.
  • Conduct meetings and briefings to front-line staff and reinforce the operation processes and uplift team performance.
  • Handle customer feedback/complaint where appropriated.
  • Perform other ad hoc projects when assigned.


  • Post-Secondary or above
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years relevant experience in call center
  • Flexible, self-motivated, service-oriented and with good telephone manner.
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
