  • Lead a team of 8 persons and report to Head of Sales
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients and grow them profitably
  • Update and maintain customer relationship management systems
  • Follow-up customer satisfaction with clients as needed
  • Issue quotations and follow up on sales information
  • Proactively identify problems and implement effective solutions
  • Achieve individual, team and company goals
  • Team monitoring and performance reporting
  • Manage and implement group marketing initiatives
  • Perform administrative and ad hoc tasks for the team
  • Work closely with sales managers

  CONTRIBUTE: your qualifications

  • Degree holder in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Logistics or related disciplines
  • 6-8 years of customer service / inside sales experience with 3 years managerial experience in freight forwarding industry
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Exceptional customer service skills with ability to build professional relationships via telephone and email or visits
  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Must possess strong work ethic
