Our client is a reputable insurance group in Hong Kong and is looking for a high caliber to join the customer service department.  This person will be overseeing the CS team.  It is an exceptional opportunity for experienced candidates to further develop their career in CS industry. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Overseeing the affairs of team 
  • Collecting customer feedback for service enhancement
  • Improve workflow and align service standards; smoothing daily operations
  • Manage a sizable team and establish KPIs for quality assurance
  • Prepare quality customer correspondence
  • Assist department head in generating improvement strategy and any ad hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of experience in Insurance industry with at least 5 years of experience in supervisory position
  • Possess related professional qualification 
  • Experience in customer service or call centre
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
