Pets Central provides veterinary care and retail services. We have four branches and a mobile clinic. We are looking for people who have passion for working with pets in the veterinary industry to fill the following positions.

Customer Service Manager (Sai Kung / North Point)

Job Description:

  • Oversee the day-to-day customer services of the hospital, including retail pricing, display of products, retail promotions;
  • Train and develop team on business acumen to drive sales performance;
  • Oversee receipt and delivery of retail pet products;
  • Monitor inventory and place orders;
  • Experienced in people management, organization, communication and negotiation, as well as skills in handling complaints; and
  • Develop overall strategies and initiatives for daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with 5 years relevant experience, preferably gained from the fields of retail industry;
  • Strong customer service management skills;
  • At least 5 years working experience with medical or veterinary is preferred;
  • Aggressive, mature and independent;
  • Hardworking and able to work under pressure;
  • Well-organized, self-motivated & strong sense of responsibility;
  • Sense of urgency and priority;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good leadership; and
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and preferably Chinese; used to dealing with expatriates an advantage.
