Customer Service Manager

Key Role and Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with overseas client and cross functional teams for project coordination
  • Be the project owner of Strategic Global Program Launch from Development to Deployment to Production to After Sales Service in regional/local level
  • Liaise and lead different functional teams, including Business & Development, Product Development, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Services for facilitating the program launch and all key activities on the right track
  • Ensure implementation of formal processes to support the product development process
  • Provide management with timely project status and progress in its various programs and activities
  • Ensure all deliverable required being delivered on time at all phases of product life cycle
  • Hold periodically CFT meeting to keep tracking all technical, quality control, cost control, resource integration & allocation issues
  • Provide timely project management summary/reports to steering committee of project details, such as project progress, issue tracking, requested resources, risk alert, ongoing achievement and etc.
  • Conduct risk management to remove any potential risk, red flag and problems in timely manner
  • Develop and assess the human resources in team, including training and KPI
  • Lead and hold regular meetings with project team to ensure all activities are on the right track to meet high level timeline 

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Quality, Material Science/ Program Management/ or others related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of working experiences in customer service, project management, engineering or quality assurance field in Manufacturing Industry (Preferred in metal parts industry/ watch industry) with qualified PMP is an advantage
  • Strong in Product design, quality management, operational and project management will be an advantage
  • A good team player with analytical and meticulous mindset to work under pressure and independently
  • Excellent communication skills and well-organized in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Station in China and frequent travel across Mainland China areas is required
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Manager
