Job Descriptions:

  • Manage and oversee the daily activities and provide effective management of client onboarding, client servicing and all related client admin.
  • Handle KYC, CDD and AML review
  • Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with internal and external customers and ensure all client issues are addressed and resolved to a satisfactory conclusion
  • Provide advice, guidance, support and on job training to the team to ensure the team has the right level of experience to deliver the service
  • Identify, formulate and implement policies, practices, controls and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, and comply with compliance requirement
  • Engage and undertake with all ad hoc or special projects as required

Requirements:

  • AT least 5 years of relevant working experience in Financial Institutions with experience leading a CS team preferred
  • SFC Type 1 License holder prefered
  • Mature, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and detail-oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiar with MS Office
  • Good command of written and spoken Mandarin & Cantonese
