Customer Service Manager

  • Monitor the completion and quality of departmental tasks
  • Work with management to devise annual customer services target
  • Collect opinion from customers with a focus on market trend and improvement of customer services
  • Review report and perform analysis
  • Draw up management report to reflect abnormal operations and business trend
  • Coach subordinates on departmental tasks
  • Help manage setup and deployment of all email campaigns including marketing emails Develop and run email tests and optimize based on findings
  • Organize database into customer segments
  • Report on test results and email performa
  • 10 years or above customer services experience with at least 5 years in managerial role
  • Degree holder or above
  • Experience in leading small team and generation of management report
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Preferably with knowledge of tailoring
  • Well versed with Word, Excel and ERP system
  • Flexible work schedule , including weekends/holidays
  • Some travel may be required

Office hours: Monday to Saturday 10:00-19:00 (Alternate Saturday off)
