  • Be responsible for ensuring a quality and efficient customer hotline service is provided
  • Supervise the CS team and give support and advice to the team when assistance is required and lead the customer service team to achieve in KPI
  • To monitor the e-comment cases and report and answer general enquiries
  • To handle in-coming complaints, comments and compliments via different feedback channels and give support and advice to team members when assistance is needed
  • Work with Operations & Marketing team to design and execute customer service and satisfaction campaigns ie. Customer Loyalty Programs, CS Survey Auditing on Ops and solution handling P&P


  • Tertiary education or Higher Diploma in related disciplines
  • 5 years experience in hospitality or F&B industry with managerial experience is preferable
  • Have a strong passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent people management, motivation and leadership skill
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Immediately available is preferred
