Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting show and event logistics planning and execution for indoor and outdoor events;
  • Coordinating with internal teams;
  • Leading, managing and developing frontline team members;
  • Assisting in the preparation and enhancement of venue guidelines and customer experience strategy;

Requirements:

  • Possess a recognised university degree in hospitality, tourism, performing arts or equivalent;
  • Have 5 years of relevant experience in venue operations in performing venues, tourism and / or hospitality sectors, of which at least 3 years in a supervisory position;
  • Be proficient in written and spoken Chinse (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English.  
  • Be required to work on shift and stand for long hours
