  • Handle customer's feedback or dissatisfaction in a professional manner



  • Secondary education or above, with at least 5 subjects at Grade E or above in HKCEE / Level 2 or above in HKDSE
  • Experience of customer service hotline, preferably in banking industry
  • Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination / Hong Kong Securities & Investment Institute Licensing Examination a plus
  • Good at spoken and written Chinese and English; fluency in Putonghua a plus
