They are now seeking for a candidate to join their Customer Service Unit. This candidate is required to have some experience in customer service. The chosen candidate will be required to provide both front-office and back-office support to the operation team.

Handle incoming calls or walk in enquires from their customers
Handle ordering requests from the customers
Provide the best customer services to the customers in order to satisfy their needs and retain their loyalty
Follow up with the customers' feedbacks for service improvements
Relevant working experience in customer service industry is a must
Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Good interpersonal and listening skills
Fresh graduate will also be considered for junior role
