Our client is a multi-national luxury cosmetic organisation who focus on providing nutrition supplements and personal care products to their customers. They are now seeking for a candidate to join their Operation Unit. This candidate is required to have some experience in customer service. The chosen candidate will be required to provide both front-office and back-office support to the operation team.

Description

  • Handle incoming calls or walk in enquires from their customers
  • Handle ordering requests from the customers
  • Provide the best customer services to the customers in order to satisfy their needs and retain their loyalty
  • Follow up with the customers' feedbacks for service improvements


Profile
  • Relevant working experience in customer service industry is preferable
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal and listening skills
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered for junior role


Job Offer
