Handle phone and email enquiries on different banking products/ services and marketingprograms in a professional manner
Handle ATM / eBanking applications / alteration requests from customers
Perform credit card account maintenance after successful customer’s authentication over phone
Check the proper functioning of eBanking system and prepare various reports
Perform user acceptance test on system enhancements and other administrative tasks
Secondary education or above
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in banking industry
Good communication skills, proficiency in spoken English and Putonghua
Customer service oriented and able to work under pressure
With HKSI is advantage
Shift duty is required
