Customer Service Officer 客 戶 服 務 主 任

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and friendly customer service to clients in clinics and CS centre
  • Handle bookings and other general customer inquiries
  • Responsible for cashier management and transactions
  • Assist medical team for medical reports and other duties requested by management
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Secondary education and or above, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Able to work in a team and under pressure
  • Good communication and multi-tasking skills
  • Shift duties is required (incl. public holidays)
  • Candidates with 3 years relevant experiences would be considered a Senior position
  • Candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant
