Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer enquiries,
  • Conduct customer satisfaction survey
  • Support in administration works of marketing department.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year relevant experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin, good at English.

Benefits:
Monthly Salary: HK$15,000(negotiable, depends on working experience)
Year-end bonus + Five-day work + Bank holidays
