Customer Service Officer (10am -7pm)

Roles and Responsibilities:

This is a customer service role responsible for customer service, collection and contract management. The position will report directly to the Operations Director and the holder should be able to understand the customer enquiries and provide the great support to the internal and external customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide first level customer service, hotline and billing support to the customers
  • Handle daily operations and conduct health check to assure system quality and performance
  • Log and update status information into the CSS ticketing system
  • Handle customer contract and department reports
  • Provisioning of new customer orders
  • Support and co-work with other departments for order processing
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required

We are looking for:

  • Diploma or above in any discipline
  • Min. 1 year relevant experience in customer service is highly preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • A warm, approachable and helpful manner
  • Passionate, agile, hardworking, patient and willing to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
