Job responsibility

  • Manage small team operation
  • Provide customers with inquiry service
  • Handle general queries and answer questions electronically
  • Provide quality customer service
  • General data processing
  • Clear customer complaints, provide and explain the best solution to the problem; Accelerate correction or adjustment; Follow up to ensure resolution
  • Effective communication with internal and external parties

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above;
  • At least 2-3 years of customer service experience;
  • Good computer writing skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Chinese input methods
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong sense of responsibility;
  • Be comfortable to learn our products and modular capabilities;
  • Multi-tasking, good team player, detail-minded, well-organized, self-motivated & able to work independently;
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior position
  • Immediately availability preferred.
  • 5 day work per week 14:00 – 23:00 (Monday to Friday)
