Customer Service Officer ($16K-20K, 5-day work, Live chat only)

Our client is a cell phone case producer. They are looking for Customer Services Officer to deal with online enquiries.


Responsibilities:

  • Resolve matter / follow up with customer enquiries emails
  • Coordinate with production and logistics departments
  • Daily monitoring of customer feedback across social network (e.g. Facebook, Instagram etc)
  • Support adhoc projects / tasks
  • Live chat customer service


Requirements:

  • Prior work experience in customer service, media agency, telemarketing
  • Passion and patience in helping customer with their difficulties
  • Fluent in written / spoken English
  • Experience in e-commerce and logistics industry is highly regarded
  • Able to work independently and effectively
  • Creative, understand the Internet and consumer behavior
  • Proficient in Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and Tumblr
  • Social medial experience and search marketing are advantageous but not compulsory

Work Hours:

  1. Fix Day shift: 10:00-19:00 (5 days per week including Sat/ Sun) - $15K-$16K
  2. Fix Night shift: 23:00-08:00 / 00:00-09:00 (5 days per week including Sat/ Sun) $18K-$20K

Contract Period: Nov 2021-Feb 2022 (4-Month Contract), may convert to permanent role subject to performance
