Qualifications:
  • University graduate
  • At least 2 years’ experience in customer service in insurance companies
  • Knowledge in claims and Employee Benefits products
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Attentive to details and well organized wind up tin toys
  • Good command of MS Office including Word and Excel
