Customer Service Officer (24 hrs Shift, Banking industry)

Our client is a leading telecommunications company in Hong Kong. They are looking for an outstanding candidate to join their customer service team for virtual bank service division.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a timely manner with professional manner
  • Efficiently resolve customer's requests and provide solutions as well as to build strong relationship
  • Develop and manage customers loyalty through quality service
  • Perform administrative work and ad-hoc duties; ensure all cases are kept in system record

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Management, Marketing or related field
  • At least 1 year customer service experience from banking and finance background preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service and complain handling skills
  • Independent, well-organized and willing to work under pressure
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
