Responsibilities:
- Incoming call reception
- Perform daily clerical duties including filing, data input, document preparation
- Handle customer enquiries and service booking
- Arrange daily job assignment for technicians and follow up
- Admin, Operations and technicians support
Requirements:
- F.5 or above with 2 years relevant working experience
- Self motivate, customer oriented, positive attitude and pleasant personality
- Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- High Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese typing is a must
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- 5-day work week, shift on Saturday
- Working hours from 8:30 to 18:00
- Immediate available is preferred
