Customer Service Officer (5 days work)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer services to clients in a professional manner and accordance with all group standards
  • Work with a team of customer servicing staff in providing full support to clients’ enquiries on account opening and market information
  • Assist in clients on-boarding and document checking
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints with high service standard to retain existing customers
  • Handle enquiries from frontline and internal departments
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with 1-2 years' experience
  • Good command in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Positive attitude and strong desire to deliver exceptional results with great attention to accuracy and detail
  • Customer service oriented, a good team player with good communication skills and strong sense of responsibilities
  • 8 hours rotation shift required (Mondays to Fridays)
  • IANG / Fresh Graduate Welcomed
  • Immediate available or short notice will be an advantage
