Customer Service Officer (5-days work week)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Incoming call reception
  • Perform daily clerical duties including filing, data input, document preparation
  • Handle customer enquiries and service booking
  • Arrange daily job assignment for technicians and follow up
  • Admin, operations and technician’s support

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above with 2 years relevant working experience
  • Self-motivate, cooperative, customer oriented, strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude and pleasant personality
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin    
  • High Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese typing is a must 
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • 5-days work week, shift on Saturday
  • Working hours from 8:30 to 18:00
  • Immediate available is preferred
