  • Handle phone enquires and complaints from customer
  • Resolve customer complaints and urgent matter via phone & email
  • Conduct contact center administrative work when necessary
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions


  • F.5 or above
  • Experience in customer servicing would be advantageous
  • Customer oriented and positive attitude
  • Fluent in Cantonese is a must. (Fluent English and Mandarin is an advantage)
  • Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Office applications
  • IIQE Paper 1,2&3
