Customer Service Officer (5 days work)

Responsibilities:

  • Customer relationship management
  • Responsible for supporting sales activities, customer service and project co-ordination
  • Follow up and manage company account, prepare maintenance contract.
  • To assist the order progress and delivery arrangement with sales team.
  • Client liaison, coordination with internal teams and outside vendors, and on site management for the duration of projects and post-sales support.
  • Enhance project operation efficiency and account servicing quality.

  Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree holder
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in customer service or project support; experience in Networks or Telecom sector is preferred.
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Mature, work independently and self-motivated
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Immediately available is preferred
