Job Description:

  • Serve clients with a professional manner, including handle clients' enquiries, process and follow up job-related tasks
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments, vendors and clients to control the inflow & outflow of jobs to ensure timely delivery of services and meet clients’ schedule
  • Support sales team in building and maintaining good relationship with clients
  • Take up any ad-hoc duties when required


  • Diploma or above with experience in customer service or related sector preferred, but not essential
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Pleasant, friendly and detail-minded
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
  • Willing to work on Overnight Shift (with attractive remuneration package),  details as below:
    • 2-week to 1-month on-the-job training: Morning/ Middle Shift
    • After training: 21:00-06:00/ 23:00-08:00
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Immediate available will definitely be an advantage
