Responsibilities:

  • Serve clients with a professional manner, including handle clients' enquiries, process and follow up job-related tasks
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments, vendors and clients to control the inflow & outflow of jobs to ensure timely delivery of services and meet clients’ schedule
  • Ensure the feedback from external/internal clients are meeting the expectations
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with clients
  • Take up any ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

  • DSE or above with experience in customer service or related sector preferred, but not essential
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Pleasant, friendly and detail-minded
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
  • Willing to work on shift (Morning/Middle/Overnight Shift, rotate in monthly basis) with shift allowances offered to Mid and Overnight Shift
  • Occasional business trip to Beijing is required
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Immediate available will definitely be an advantage
