Customer Service Officer - Accounts


The successful candidate will assist the team in answering the telephone enquiries from tenants in respect of billing amounts, maintaining the data in respect of tenants’ ledgers and providing supports to all matters related to Income Control – Accounts Department.


  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good telephone skills and manner
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word processing
  • Relevant experience in dealing with customers and immediately available preferred
