Job Description

  1. Manage customers’ inquiries, bookings and complaints.
  2. Communicate with internal and external customers on booking and cross border trucks issues.
  3. Responsible for full set of I/E docs, booking, B/L, operation, contact China & overseas agents & customer 
  4. Coordinate with operations and sales departments on shipments and rate respectively.
  5. Contact overseas agents for shipment arrangement & rate coordination.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data and movement records


  1. F.5 or equivalent.
  2. Min. 2 years in Logistics / Freight Forwarding Field
  3. Familiar with the Chinese Import / Export and Customers clearance procedures
  4. Knowledge in Tradelink Declaration and flight schedule
  5. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin would be an advantage.
  6. Good interpersonal and communication skills
  7. Candidates with client base will be an advantage.
  8. Presentable, smart & ability to work under pressure
  9. Immediate available preferred
