Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer enquiries and proactively follow up with related parties
  • Manage counter services, facilities operation, and coordinate activities
  • Provide high quality customer services 
  • Provide administrative support to the management

Requirements :

  • Certificate/Diploma holder or above in related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ experiences in customer service, with clubhouse service knowledge is an advantage 
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Possess good interpersonal and organizing skills
  • Independent with good PC skills and knowledge in Chinese word processing
  • ·Shift duty is required
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Customer Service Officer
