Our client is a leading property investment, management and development group with a major portfolio in Hong Kong and other property interests in Asia. Our client has 12 different level of Malls located around Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories.
-Provide excellent customer service in shopping mall
-Handle general enquires and complaints from customers
-Supervise redemption program, logistics support.
-Concierge service support
-F5 or above
-2 year or above relevant experience in customer service / sales / property / hotel / tourism field is preferable (less experience such as Fresh graduate will also be consider as CS Assistant)
-Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Basic English and Putonghua
-Proactive, Independent and able to work under pressure
-Basic PC knowledge in MS office
-Shift duty (5.5 days work)
Work location: Tsing Yi, Kowloon Bay, TKO
