Customer Service Officer/ Assistant

Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver highest level customer service and maintain good relationship with the customers in a professional manner;
  • Develop potential customers;
  • Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests, problems and documenting actions.
  • Arrange customer appointments;
  • Handle and follow-up on customer cases & sample;
  • Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by manager.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above;
  • 1-2 years related experience in Customer Service/Sales/Admin is a plus;
  • Good command of spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English;
  • Proficient in computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Office, English and Chinese typing;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Mature with a positive attitude, aggressive, self-motivated and strong desire to deliver exceptional results with great attention to accuracy and details;
  • Fresh graduates & IANG holders are welcomed;
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Assistant.
