Handle auto loan application and conduct phone verification with customers to fulfil credit assessment requirements, Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for new account opening.
Handle telephone enquires from customers / car dealers
Input data of loan applications, customer’s demographic information for data checking and verification by Credit Reviewer.
Perform User Acceptance Test for system enhancement
Handle ad hoc assignments when required
Requirements
Tertiary education or University
1-2 years relevant banking experience in finance sector
Experience in customer services
Good communication, telephone manner, interpersonal skill and common sense
Good command in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
Proficiency in MS Office application
