Customer Service Officer, Auto Finance

Job Highlights

Responsibilities

  • Handle auto loan application and conduct phone verification with customers to fulfil credit assessment requirements, Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for new account opening.
  • Handle telephone enquires from customers / car dealers
  • Input data of loan applications, customer’s demographic information for data checking and verification by Credit Reviewer.
  • Perform User Acceptance Test for system enhancement
  • Handle ad hoc assignments when required

Requirements

  • Tertiary education or University
  • 1-2 years relevant banking experience in finance sector
  • Experience in customer services
  • Good communication, telephone manner, interpersonal skill and common sense 
  • Good command in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
  • Proficiency in MS Office application
