Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries and feedback through inbound & outbound calls & emails
  • Work with internal departments to seek for possible solutions for customers and to establish good relationships with customers
  • Manage communications with customers in a friendly, professional & courteous manner;

Requirements:

  • HKCEE / DSE or above
  • Minimum 1 year solid Customer Service experience, preferable in Call Center
  • Excellent telephone manner with good listening and reporting skills
  • Reliable and being able to work independently
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Familiar with MS Office and Word Processing (English & Chinese)
  • Candidates with less experience can be considered as CRM Officer/ Assistant.
  • Recent Graduate will also be considered
  • Shift Duty Required (From 9am to 6:30pm/ 10am to 7:30pm)

Work Location: Tsuen Wan
