Handle customer enquiries and feedback through inbound & outbound calls & emails
Work with internal departments to seek for possible solutions for customers and to establish good relationships with customers
Manage communications with customers in a friendly, professional & courteous manner;
HKCEE / DSE or above
Minimum 1 year solid Customer Service experience, preferable in Call Center
Excellent telephone manner with good listening and reporting skills
Reliable and being able to work independently
Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
Familiar with MS Office and Word Processing (English & Chinese)
Candidates with less experience can be considered as CRM Officer/ Assistant.
Recent Graduate will also be considered
Shift Duty Required (From 9am to 6:30pm/ 10am to 7:30pm)
