Job Responsibility

  • Reporting to senior customer manager.
  • Responsible for the daily operations of call centre.
  • Handling complaints and enquiry from customers
  • Cooperate and providing support to the CRM department for marketing campaigns.
  • Some administration and data entry works
  • 5 days work with fixed working hours


  • Form 6 or above qualification
  • 1-2 years’ or above customer service experience / Call centre srvice experince
  • Experience in handling premium customers is an advantage
  • Pleasant and good communications skills
  • Good command in English is a must.
