Handle and resolve day-to-day enquiries and requests from customers and different distribution channels (e.g. agents and banks) via phone and email
Handle and ensure customer complaints and complex cases are resolved effectively in line with company policies and procedures
Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
Provide support to management and recommend productivity/service improvement
Perform other duties as assigned
University degree holder with 2 years of working experience in insurance or customer service field; Form 5 graduates with at least 3 years of relevant experience will also be considered
Passed in IIQE Paper I, III and V and MPF intermediaries examination preferred
Pro-active, self-motivated, mature and pleasant personality
Able to work under pressure with good problem solving skills
Excellent service attitude and able to follow through on commitments to customer
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is definitely an advantage
Good computer skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer
