Customer Service Officer, Call Centre (Outbound)

  • Conduct outbound post-sales calls to reaffirm customers' understanding of the insurance products that they have procured
  • Ensure all post-sales calls conducted are in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Ensure complex cases are resolved effectively in line with company policies and procedures
  • Assist in preparing regular management reports
  • Participate in relevant system enhancement and UAT
  • Provide support in ad-hoc assignment


  • University degree holder with 2 years of working experience in insurance or customer service field; Form 5 graduates with at least 3 years of relevant experience will also be considered
  • Passed in IIQE Paper I, III and V preferred
  • Pro-active, self-motivated, mature and pleasant personality
  • Able to work under pressure with good problem solving skills
  • Excellent service attitude and able to follow through on commitments to customer
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.  Fluency in Putonghua is definitely an advantage
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Assistant
